Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unopened and unused: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
In original condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, and the packaging should not be damaged.
Non-returnable items: Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on the following:
Opened supplements or vitamins.
Products that have been tampered with or have missing seals.
Gift cards.
Downloadable products.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the following:
Opened or used supplements and vitamins.
Products that have been tampered with or damaged.
Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items or promotional offers cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at support@curewithpure.store Please provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will guide you on how to proceed.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
Contact your bank to inquire about processing times.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
